At the Castle Restaurant, we promote careers, not jobs, and as such we have asked each of our chefs to help create dishes for a 6 Course tasting menu championing local and seasonal produce, all under the watchful eye of our Head Chef Ben Miller with his passion for creating superb food, evident through his ever-changing menus.
For only £55 per person, with an optional wine pairing for each course for an additional £30, we promise you a delicious and fun evening, we look forward to welcoming you.
